William W. Waring, Jr., JD, MHA is Apollo's Managing Member. Mr. Waring is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and graduated from the Tulane University School of Law. Mr. Waring possesses extensive healthcare legal experience. Additionally, he has earned a Masters Degree in Health Administration from the Department of Health Systems Management at the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.

Operationally, Mr. Waring has acquired extensive management experience in hospital administration, hospital mergers, managed care program development, physician group assembly, physician practice management, managed care contracting, integrated delivery system development and legal and regulatory healthcare matters. For the past several years, Mr. Waring's efforts have been focused on strategic and tactical planning and the development of legal entities, governance structures, operating systems and operational infrastructures so vital to the successful operation of existing and newly-created healthcare systems and organizations.

Mr. Waring is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor, Department of Health Systems Management, Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.

Wendy M. Beron, RN is a Member of the Firm. Ms. Beron is a graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Ms. Beron brings the all-important clinical perspective and experience base to Apollo. Ms. Beron has held numerous management and product development positions during the course of her career. Most recently, Ms. Beron's professional efforts have been focused on systems development for newly-created physician organizations in the areas of quality, risk management, regulatory compliance, managed care and daily operations.

Nora E. Adkins earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Ms. Adkins is an Apollo Senior Consultant and possesses over twenty (20) years of physician practice management experience. While well versed in all aspects of physician practice management operations, Ms. Adkins' unique expertise is in the area of physician practice billing and collection activities. Ms. Adkins assists Firm clients in the most important business aspect of a physician's practice – the efficient, timely and consistent conversion of professional and technical services rendered to patients into practice net revenues. Ms. Adkins is Apollo's most accomplished specialist consultant.
